1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 3456ph website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you enter into a binding legal agreement with 3456ph, a Philippine-based online gaming operator licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as they may be amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility Requirements

You represent that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law, are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or regulation, and are not self-excluded or banned from gambling establishments in the Philippines or any other jurisdiction.

2.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one (1) account with 3456ph. Creation of multiple accounts, whether to abuse bonuses, evade suspension, or for any other purpose, is strictly prohibited. 3456ph employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close all related accounts and confiscate any associated balances.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to represent 3456ph. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized such activity. 3.4 Account Activity Monitoring. 3456ph monitors account activity for suspicious behavior, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We reserve the right to request additional verification, limit account functionality, or freeze funds pending investigation if we detect unusual activity patterns, including but not limited to rapid deposit/withdrawal cycles, betting patterns indicative of bonus abuse, or transactions inconsistent with your stated income or gaming history.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Payment Methods. 3456ph accepts deposits through various Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), online banking transfers from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Most deposits are credited to your 3456ph account instantly. Bank transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to process depending on the sending institution's processing times. 3456ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Each payment method has specified minimum and maximum deposit amounts, which are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted at 3456ph's discretion and may vary based on your account status, verification level, and transaction history.

4.4 Payment Method Ownership. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (from accounts not in your legal name) are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. 3456ph reserves the right to return any deposit originating from a third-party source and may suspend your account pending investigation.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on the 3456ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the exchange rate determined by the payment processor, and you may incur currency conversion fees imposed by your financial institution.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Request. You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to any pending wagering requirements from bonuses or promotions. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, typically within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals, and within twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers, subject to verification and security checks.

5.6 Reversal of Withdrawals. Once a withdrawal has been approved and processed by 3456ph, it cannot be reversed or cancelled. If you wish to continue playing with withdrawn funds, you must wait until the funds arrive in your designated account and then make a new deposit.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Promotional Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 3456ph are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each promotion. These terms include but are not limited to eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions. 6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Active bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. If you request a withdrawal while bonus funds are active in your account, the bonus and any associated winnings not yet released to your real balance will be forfeited, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity documents, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures.

9.2 Termination by 3456ph. 3456ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, pose a security risk, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases, and any active bonuses will be forfeited. Your real money balance, if any, will be returned after deducting any amounts owed to 3456ph.

9.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. 3456ph may impose a monthly maintenance fee of PHP 100 on dormant accounts to cover administrative costs. If your account balance falls to zero due to inactivity fees, your account may be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting customer support.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3456ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the compilation thereof (the "Content"), is the property of 3456ph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without express written permission from 3456ph.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranty. The 3456ph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 3456ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 3456ph, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 3456ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Maximum Liability. In no event shall 3456ph's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11.4 Force Majeure. 3456ph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government regulations, internet service interruptions, or failures of third-party service providers.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12.2 Complaint Procedure. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 3456ph Platform or services, you must first contact our customer support team in writing via email, providing full details of your complaint. 3456ph will investigate and respond to your complaint within fourteen (14) business days.

13. Changes to Terms
